When I was a kid, I struggled with confidence and always felt nervous doing new things. One day, my Grandad gave me a single blue Skittle and told me it was a “bravery sweet.”

He said, “When you eat this, you’ll feel brave.”

And I believed him.
That tiny moment changed everything—I felt braver, calmer, and more in control. It was my first real experience of how powerful the mind can be.
